Who we are
We are a team of professionals with extensive experience, individual professional backgrounds and career successes.
Our abilities and skills cover experience in the management and training of people at all hierarchical levels in the company and other organizations (e.g. public institutions, such as educational institutions).
Our coaches are or were themselves successful executives in international companies or educational institutions and know the requirements of the working world very well.
This includes sensitivity to working with highly diverse teams, particularly with regard to culture, origin and gender issues. Our intercultural competence enables us to do this.
Our experience from teaching at renowned university educational institutions also flows into our projects.
In this way, we continuously enrich our comprehensive practical and methodological skills with the latest scientific findings, which are also fed from our scientific work.
These come primarily from the fields of behavioral economics, decision theory, personality development and cognitive psychology.
